REGISTRATION PRICE:
-Before April 3: Team price $300
-After April 3: Team price $500

-Awards for Highest Scoring Team and Best Individual Score

-Raffles, Door prizes and end-of-day drawing to win a GOLF CART (cart raffle tickets $100)

-$100 Golf cart raffle tickets may be purchased by emailing Madelyn Smith ops@homeworksofamerica.org or purchasing day-of. Do not need to be present to win. Drawing at end of day 4/28.

- Bring your own 12 or 20 gauge shotgun

- Bring your own ammo (shells must be 2.75 inch in size, shot size 7.5 - 9); limited shells available on site for purchase (Recommended quantity per person: 125-150 shells)

- Safety glasses and ear plugs provided

- Day-of Extra Shot Mulligans available (1 for $10, Max 3 for $20)
