Thank you for signing up for this T'ai Chi Fitness session as part of the Healthy You Virtual Festival 2024.

Join Grey Heron Internal Arts for this basic introduction to T’ai Chi Fitness. Joint mobilisations, strength exercises, punching and kicking, mat work, stretching and warm down and relaxation exercises. This session is moderate intensity suitable for people wanting more of a work out. This is suitable for people who are active and would like a class with a little more cardio and strength.

Throughout January a wide variety health and wellbeing activities are available for free through the Virtual Festival. Please see link to the full festival timetable.

Instructions

Equipment exercise mat/ yoga or Pilates mat.
Most people do this with bare feet for the mat work but can wear trainers doing the standing up work. Have a bottle of water nearby too.
