1、報名方式: 請先填寫報名表格以方便事前作業。報名截止日8/5/2021
 2、比賽日期及時間 : 8月 7 日 星期六  3:00Pm-5:30Pm
 3、地點 :  Bayview Golf Club  1500 Country Club Dr. Milpitas, CA 95035
 4、報到時間: 3:00pm – 3:15pm之前請到風箏繪畫報到處報到並領取風箏。
 5、報名費: $10 (現場繳交)
 6、報名組別：A組:    5歲至  7歲    (生於 2013/8/8 -- 2016/8/7)      
                           B組:    8歲至11歲   (生於 2009/8/8 -- 2013/8/7)
                           C組:  12歲至16歲   (生於 2004/8/8 -- 2009/8/7)    
 7、繪畫主題:  飛翔的愛
 8、材料: 必須使用大會提供的風箏做畫，於報到時領取。大會提供一套風箏組內有三份風箏其中兩份白色風箏可
       以做繪畫比賽用另外一份為彩虹風箏可以當天放。
 9、自備材料: 請準備繪圖顏料 (蠟筆、彩色油性畫筆) 畫板等工具。                  
10、作畫時間: 3:15pm -- 4:15pm 完成作畫請將作品交到繪畫組報到處並領取小禮物。
11、選手作畫期間家長及老師不得幫忙作畫或口述指導選手。一經監查人員發現或檢舉將當場取消作畫及參
        賽資格。        
12、得獎公佈: 得獎名單於4:45pm將公佈於繪畫報到處。 並請於5:00pm之前報到統一到舞台5:00pm接受頒獎。
13、獎勵辦法 : 各組別第一名 $100(一名)，第二名 $50(一名)，第三名 $30(一名)，佳作$10(若
        干名) 前三名者將各獲得金牌、銀牌、銅牌獎牌，每位得獎者各獲大會頒發獎狀一紙。
14、頒獎須知 : 得獎者必需親自出席至頒獎舞台領取獎金及獎牌及獎狀。無法親自領取者將以棄權論，無法領
        取獎金但可以獲得獎牌及獎狀。所有各組得獎作品將拍照並同意授權給主辦單位保有使用圖相權用於網站
        及其他相關活動上或特刊。作品當日將可以取回。
15、請詳讀上項規定並同意以上規定。報到當天請填寫同意書。

  4. Check-in time: Please check-in at the kite drawing booth before 3pm - 3:15pm and pick up the kite package.
  5. Registration fee: $10 (cash)
  6. Registration group:  Group A:   5 to   7 years old   (Born between 2013/8/8 - 2016/8/7)  
                                          Group B:   8 to 11 years old  (Born between 2009/8/8 - 2013/8/7)
                                          Group C: 12 to 16 years old  (Born between 2004/8/8 - 2009/8/7)
  7. Painting theme: Love is in the Air
  8. Materials: There are three kites in the kite kit provided by the hosting committee. Two of the white kites can
       be used for drawing competition, the third one is a rainbow kite for flying on the same day.
  9. Bring your own materials: Please prepare paint supply (crayon, colored oil pens), drawing board and
       other tools.
10. Time Limit: The drawing contest will be from 3:15pm to 4:15pm. Participants will turn their drawings to
       the drawing booth and will receive a small prize.
11.  Participants should work independently without help in any form, such as verbal assistance, from parents
       or teachers.  Anyone found violating the rules will be disqualified.  
12. Winner Notification: Results will be announced at 4:45pm at the drawing contest booth. Winners must  
       check in in person at the drawing booth by 5:00pm. The award will be presented on the stage during
       the ceremony at 5:00pm.
13.  Prize: One Grand Prize Winner per group- $100;  One 2nd Place Winner per group - $50;  One 3rd
       Place winner per group - $30;  Several Merit Awards per group. Grand Prize, 2nd Place, 3rd Place will
        receive a medal and a certificate.
14.  Terms and Details: The award will be presented on the stage during the ceremony otherwise you will
       forfeit your cash prize (you may pick up your medal or certificate after the ceremony). For participating in
        the contest, participants agree to TCAAT’s right to use these drawings on TCAAT’s website or related
        publications.
