Godrej Properties to Build Premium Apartments on 15-acre Land in Gurugram, Shares Rose

The hotel is spread across 0.35 million square feet and has 151 spacious rooms.

On June 26, Godrej Properties’ shares rose in the early trade after the company purchased about 15 acres of land in Gurugram, Haryana, under outright purchase to develop and expand premium residential apartments. The company proclaimed the augmentation in the commercial paper (CP) limits to Rs 2,000 crore from Rs 1,750 crore by ICRA and CRISIL.

Moreover, ICRA has allocated a long-term rating of AA+ (stable) for a new non-convertible debenture (NCD) of Rs 2,000 crore.
On June 15, the company declared that it would acquire a ~ 7.44-acre land parcel at New Alipore, a premium residential vicinity in Kolkata, from the West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, having been acknowledged as the peak bidder in its e-auction.


The company will advance this land parcel as a luxury group housing scheme.
At 9:32 am, Godrej Properties was trading at Rs 1,510.45, up Rs 10.80, or 0.72% on the BSE.


The share moved a 52-week high of Rs 1,588.95 and a 52-week low of Rs 1,005.70 on June 15 2023, and March 29 2023.
It is trading 4.94% below its 52-week high and 50.19% above its 52-week low.
