Scoring

Scoring Details for Code Conflux Round-2, Level 1

As you embark on this critical phase of the competition, it’s important to understand how your submissions will be evaluated. Your performance in this round not only determines your progression to the next stage but also contributes to your overall score in the competition. Here’s what you need to know about the scoring system:

Evaluation Criteria:

Test Case Qualification: Your solution will be run against a series of predefined test cases. Each test case is designed to assess different aspects of your solution, including correctness, efficiency, and edge-case handling.

Points Per Test Case: Each test case is assigned a specific number of points. The points may vary based on the complexity, the computational resources required, or the criticality of the test case in evaluating your solution's effectiveness.

Scoring System:

Total Score: Your total score for this round will be the sum of the points for all test cases your solution passes. Failing a test case means you will not receive the points assigned to that test case.

Partial Scoring: In some instances, partial scoring may be applicable if your solution partially meets the requirements of a complex test case. The specific conditions for partial scores will be detailed in the problem statement.

Tie-Breaking: In the event of a tie, the participant who submitted their correct solution first will receive a higher ranking.
