Introduction: Hello my name is Christina. My focus is quality. I will take the time to make sure you’re happy and work with you on all the goals you want to meet. Its important for me that students have a sense of control over their practice and their bodies and they feel safe on their mats. I use props such as, blocks, straps, and chairs to assist with stretching exercises. I’m a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. I received my yoga teacher training from YogaWorks in Los Angeles, a five star rated yoga teacher training. I’ve been having a consistent practice on my own in Ashtanga yoga for 10 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance. I’ve been studying and been a performer for over 20 years. I also do private sessions in strength training. I work with people of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. *** I offer virtual personal training ! Christina did such an amazing job facilitating beginner’s yoga with a group of my girlfriends! Her presence was so fun, relaxing, and energetic! Everyone loved her! She even brought us yoga mats and did a sound bowl meditation to end our session. I would definitely book her again for any events and private classes.

It will be discounted per person if it’s a big group.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an assessment. Talk with each client to see if they have any chronic or acute injuries. That will give me an idea on how to format their session. I will also discuss with them what they are looking to accomplish in their private session and any other goals they would like to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at YogaWorks in Los Angeles. I’m registered with the Yoga Alliance. I’m a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I received my certifications from American Council on Exercise.
