This is a white lable scam. Don't fall into it. Their verifying process is terrible even when you submit required documents they won't give a spending limit and there's no way to delete them. They keep that information forver. One of the worst customer service ever.

The incorporation of crucial details such as NIC and other information for budget enhancements is currently hindered. Navigating between pages is notably lacking in smoothness, accompanied by prolonged loading times, and, on occasion, the app presents itself as a blank upon opening. Addressing these issues holds the potential to elevate customer satisfaction.

Worst experience ever had .... i filled all the required things but still not manage to activate my account. I called several times and customer support is passing the ball to a some systom which is non contactable and getting late to do the authorization... this is very poor service from KOKO customer support.. π‘
