Steve: Good afternoon fellows, it’s such a pleasure to have you here, welcome to Crypto Elites’ Battle Ground first AMA conducted by Multiverse Play. My name is Steve, will be the host of today’s event. No further due, let’s pass the mic to Jesse Lynch, operation manager of CEBG.
Jesse: Awesome, thanks for having me here. Good day to everyone, I am Jesse Lynch from CEBG, for today’s sake I will be answering anything you like to know and please keep following our social media and join the groups as there will be more detailed info.
Steve: Detailed Info indeed, guys feel free to check out CEBG social media, linked in chat. We have gathered a couple of most asked questions in Multiverse Play Guild, please give us the best shot as you can. It could be tough ones.
Steve: can you briefly introduce CEBG to the audience?
Jesse: CEBG is a free-to-play animated MOBA+BattleRoyal mobile game based in a post-apocalyptic world with a great ACG aesthetic female character designer. The core game has 40 players split into teams and dropped onto an island to compete to be the final survivors.
We have a variety of PvP gameplay modes planned, as well as PvE missions that players can complete to earn more tokens.
We also will have a variety of social features, so you can play with your friends and even access to stream the game to others around the world.
Overall, it’s really exciting to share this game with you and hope that our players can enjoy it for a long time
Steve: Under the current unpromising atmosphere of the crypto industry or GameFi specifically, we understand the GameFi industry is settling down a bit, why did CEBG choose such a time point to release your project?
Jesse: As our team comes from a gaming background, we’re not looking to just take advantage of the hype of GameFi and make a quick buck. We’re a product and gameplay first team, and we see the long-term applications and opportunities in GameFi and want to make sure we have a fun game before anything else. We believe that GameFi is still in its very early stages and there’s so much potential to bring value to the players that were previously only captured by the games companies themselves.
Plus, we have dedicated a lot of time and effort to game design and Tokenomics. We have absorbed top-notch GameFi handling. Therefore, we will put our eye on quality gameplay and sustainability.
Steve: CEBG seems more like a traditional game project instead of a GameFi in the way of aesthetics or playstyle, can you give us some backstage knowledge of the team.
Jesse: As was mentioned in the intro, our Producer, Tech Lead and Art Director each have at least 15 years of experience in the industry on many famous projects. The rest of the team was also hand-picked by our core team due to their experience in the gaming industry as well.
In addition, we have built a firm relationship between CEBG and Multiverse Play. They acquired 37,000 of GameFi community users globally. I am sure it will be a awesome collabration.
Steve: What are the NFTs in the game and what do they do?
Our NFTs can be categorized into 3 types; Heroes, Weapons and Chips.
Heroes are our anime characters on the cover each with their own unique art, animations, skills and background. These Heroes come in different levels of rarity and can be upgraded by combining similar heroes. They can also be levelled up through playing the game and spending resources on them to bring them to their most powerful level. The higher level your hero, the more tokens you will earn by playing them.
You can also equip these Heroes with Weapons that you can use to blast your enemies on the battlefield. There are 7 types of weapons, ranging from long-range sniper rifles, to rapid-fire SMGs, to fit any playstyle you wish. Similar to the Heroes, they can also be upgraded to become the strongest version possible.
The final NFT was have is the Chip, which can be used to upgrade both the Heroes and their Weapons. They’re a one-time use boost to give you an extra edge in the competition and come in 4 different rarities.
You can get these NFTs through our gacha system, by purchasing them on the marketplace, or by renting them from other players.
Steve: What are the 2 token functions will be like?
Our 2 tokens in the game are CEG(utility token), and CEC( governance token)
The CEG token is what players will earn by playing the game, and it can also be used for a variety of purposes in the game like upgrading your character, repairing your gear, recovering energy so you can earn more tokens in a day, etc.
CEC can be used for staking, as well as allow you to vote on important designs for the future of the game. Upgrading in-game assets and purchasing NFTs
Steve: Final questions, Can you illustrate your road map and next big move?
Jesse: Moving forward, we plan on having our first NFT sale this weekend, so make sure you can get on the whitelist ASAP. We only have a limited number of slots, and you’ll be able to mint a Hero on release! For more details, check the CEBG official Telegram. You can get the Heroes just in time for our Beta test coming out very soon!
After this, in February, we will have our token available on the DEX for trading along with the full release of the game including the PvP gameplay mode, social features, NFT upgrading functionality, and even a Free-to-play mode so you can even play with your non-Gamefi friends.
