Project Manager, AOR/COR of more than 12 USAID Cooperative Agreement with a budget of $18 million dollars.
Leading mapping of intermediate indicators of development projects in Haiti, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Eastern Southern Caribbean.
Worked in Kabul, Afghanistan in 2018 leading the procurement process to allocate $103 million to promote minority group and civil society participation in Afghanistan´s 2018 parliamentary elections.

Project Manager of the $7 million dollars project: Improving Human Security in Bateyes of the Dominican Republic addressing development needs of Haitian and Dominicans working in sugar cane fields of the country.
Coordination with high level government officials to negotiate on the implementation of the regularization and documentation plan for Dominicans of Haitian descendant.

Monitoring and evaluation of over 12 development projects with an investment of US$12 million from the US Government in Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Haiti.
Provide technical guidance to field-based M&E Managers and teams to ensure quality assurance in USG donor reporting, and strengthen M&E systems with a specialization in quality improvement for PEPFAR funded HIV/AIDS project in the DR.
Conduct more than 120 data quality verification site visits at health facilities and developed data collection tools and strategies in collaboration with M&E leads.
