Trys from Maimunah Nassozi, Grace Auma, and Peace Lekuru were enough to give Uganda a 15-5 win against Thailand in the Group C opener of the World Rugby HSBC Sevens Challenger that kicked off Friday in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Grace Nabaggala missed two conversions.
Also, it was revenge for the Lady Rugby Cranes Sevens against Thailand, a team they lost to 19-5 in Dubai during the Group stage.
