LENDASTACK AWARD NOMINATION

We want to ensure that we award employees who are deserving by all standards in terms of performance, attitude, and achievements. 

We are seeking your contribution in identifying the most deserving among us, as we can all agree that their exceptional contributions deserve a special acknowledgment. 

For each category, please nominate one (1) employee from across the organization, who you deem most deserving of the award for each category based on the description provided.

NB. This is a company-wide award not a team-based award. Kindly ensure your nomination considers all employees in the organization (excluding Directors, HR & Finance team members).

Most Improved  *
This award is for an employee who continuously develops him/herself on the job, has shown significant progress in their performance, skills, or overall contribution to the team/organization during the year. 
Quality Champion  *
This award aims to acknowledge an individual who exhibited a commitment to delivering top-notch work, accuracy, and precision in his/her tasks, thereby contributing significantly to the overall work output.
Best in Punctuality 
*
That one person who exhibits a strong work ethic by starting their workday promptly, always punctual at meetings, meets deadlines and very responsive. 
Johnny/Jane On the Spot
*
He/she is always available, ready to assist/support, reliable and willing to perform a duty or a task without delay.
