From rocks to stocks, as a geologist venturing into the business world, I couldn't be more thrilled to have joined the Simulation Business Cup competition hosted by University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics and EcoSim Business Simulations - Student competitions - Storygames - Training and emerged as proud 2nd place winners. Grateful for this exciting crossover journey and the valuable lessons learned along the way. 🌍💼🏆
Within the framework of the iExpo Week, the UP Simulation Cup presentation final was held at our Faculty. During the competition, students made business decisions on behalf of the management of a beverage company in the simulation rounds using the EcoSim Business Simulations - Student competitions - Storygames - Training online simulation, modelling a real market environment. The 5 teams with the highest scores participated in the presentation final, where they presented their strategy in front of a professional jury. We express our thanks to the experts namely Zsolt Lang from Coca-Cola HBC, Laszlo Olah from BAT, Sztanko Attila from Kometa 99 Zrt. and Áron VARGA, Ph.D. from Pécsi Brewery for coming and evaluating our students with a highly professional perspective and for the special prizes offered to them.
