- For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a penalty of 30% of the reservation value. Cancellations outside this window attract no penalty.
- For no-shows, non-arrivals and premature checkouts after arrival, 50% of the value of the booking will be charged.
- Extras booked prior to arrival may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
- Imposed travel and/or border restrictions beyond your control
- Hurricane or storm related force majeure that makes it impossible for you to travel as scheduled
Terms and Conditions
- Prices are inclusive of taxes and gratuities, all meals and drinks. Airfare, spa treatments and private beach dinners are not included in the price.
- Full payment of any outstanding balance is required at the time of check in.
- Keyonna Beach Resort is an adults only, couples resort. The resort is for couples only, including two males or two females traveling together; solo travelers are not allowed. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed.
