About the Role: As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy. You'll create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, manage our online community, and analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics. Your role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders and relaying community feedback to drive our online presence forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence.
Create a monthly content plan that aligns with our brand and messaging.
Generate engaging content, including multimedia and editorial pieces, for all our social media platforms.
Develop and implement content and social media guidelines to ensure a consistent brand image.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and requests in a timely manner.
Analyze web traffic and community metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly analytics reports to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
Act as the voice of our community, relaying feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.
Provide live event coverage on our social channels.

Qualifications:

A degree in communication, digital marketing, or a related field may be required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media platforms.
Essential experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Proficiency in tools like Creators Studio, Emplifi, Social Bakers, Hootsuite, or similar programs for managing online postings and producing analytics reports.
Intermediate photography and videography skills, with experience in Adobe Creative Suites for editing.
Basic design skills, with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator considered a plus.
Proficient in Social Media Analytics.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferably based in Qatar or the GCC region.
Bilingual with strong writing and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
