This is the form for accessing neighbourly support throughout Walker/Walkergate if you are in self-isolation, because you have or may have Covid-19, or are immunocompromised, diabetic, asthmatic, elderly or otherwise vulnerable. We hope this will help reduce the number of severe and critical cases of Covid-19, prevent a sharp peak of cases and relieve pressure on public services.
