Heart & Sole 5k Run/Walk (with Virtual Option)

Grab your family and friends, wear your red shirts (or buy one of ours) and let’s get moving with Team #HeartStrongTogether! Join us in person (or virtually anytime between March 3-10) for a 1k kids jog/walk and a leisure 5k run/walk fundraiser to bring awareness to heart health and to give back to The American Heart Association Go Red for Women who directly impacts our communities with resources to help educate on and prevent heart disease and strokes. Do it in memory of a loved one already lost to heart disease and to simply enjoy moving your body and pumping your heart.  We will meet at the Ellis J Sea Wall Parking lot area on Windward Drive. Kids 1K will start at 8 am sharp with 5K to follow. We can't wait to see you there (or virtually).

This is a NON-TIMED event. No awards. Participation medals for first 100 5K registrations. Can mail out of town virtual registration medals for an additional shipping cost. Tag us on your posts with #HeartStrongTogether. 

Packet/T-shirt pickup will be Friday, 3/8/24 at Freedom Fitness on Airline Rd (old Sears) from 3-6 pm.

Please send us a picture of any loved one lost to cardiac disease, diabetes or strokes with each registration. Please include their name and text it to Kalen at 361-774-6386. We will honor them at the meet up event in Corpus Christi, TX with our Memory Heart Wall ❤️

THIS IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT FOR TEAM #HEARTSTRONGTOGETHER AS THEY RAISE AWARENESS FOR HEART HEALTH IN OUR COMMUNITY. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION GO RED FOR WOMEN ORGANIZATION WHERE FUNDS ARE PUT DIRECTLY BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY FOR EDUCATION, RESOURCES, BLOOD PRESSURE CUFFS, CPR TRAINING AND CHANGES TO NUTRITION GUIDELINES IN SCHOOLS.
