The Club Lounge is open daily from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM on Level 16. Guests can check-in and out during the operation hours, enjoy refreshments, evening cocktails and breakfast at either Café JEN or Club Lounge from 6:30 AM -10:30 AM.

As there is no lift, guests may drop off their luggage at the hotel's main entrance first then access to the lobby via stairs from the basement car park.

Hotel parking spaces are available on first-come, first-served basis. In the event of no parking availability, guests can park at alternative parking locations and will be reimbursed upon check-out.
