      Camille is a Remedial Massage Therapist who specialises in Deep tissue massage and holds a special interest in treating TMJ, Headaches and Migraines. She teaches Hatha and Yin yoga and is also a Usui Reiki Practitioner. Camille prides herself on maintaining an inclusive, safe, trauma informed space for each of her clients.
      She is a current member with the Association of Massage Therapists and Yoga Australia.

      The Far Infrared Sauna provides a deep penetrating heat and lasting relaxation. The many health benefits include: improved circulation, metabolism and physical fitness, fat burning, enhanced immunity, skin rejuvenation, reduction in pain and inflammation. Our lie down FIR sauna is in a private room, with a supplied towel. Please note the sauna can only fit one person and the time spent in the sauna is 45mins.
