The nominations can be submitted by the Chief Information Officers/Head - IT or organizations or their representatives, as long as due approval for submitting the entry has been received from all the parties concerned. We count nominations for each project/individual as one entry. Here’s how you can submit your entry:

What are the eligibility requirements for this CIO award?
The project must have been completed between 1st, April 2022 and 30th, September 2023
What is the application process like?

- Step 2:- Go to "Nominate Now," select categories, click on "Proceed with Selection," and fill out the nomination form.
- Step 3:- While each entry requires some mandatory fields, we encourage you to complete all available fields to assist the jury in evaluating your work. Additionally, please upload any relevant artwork, files, documents, videos, or projects to support your case study.
- Step 4:- Click "Save as Draft" if you need to make any changes later.
- Step 5:- If there are no changes required and the entry is final, please submit your nomination.
- Step 6:- Repeat the process to submit multiple entries.
- Step 7:- Access all your forms on the dashboard.

How are the winners selected?
After the final application deadline, the jury reviews all submissions online and determines a shortlist for each category. The grand jury will decide the winners from the shortlisted nominees, who will be announced during the awards ceremony.
Is a firm represented by a jury member allowed to enter the competition?
Yes. However, the jury member(s) aren’t allowed to judge the work of their own companies..
