#mystory गाँव-सा अपनापन शहर में ढूंढने चला, ज़हर की दवा ज़हर में ढूँढने चला। Before my internship, I had never been in a village for a long time. I would just go to my #NaniGhar for a few days during vacations. I always wanted to be a direct part of a village to learn about #ruralculture, their way of life, natural lifestyle, life with minimum support or basic infrastructure, and many more things. My wish came true when I got admission into my Master's degree in the Centre for Integrated Rural Development Banaras Hindu University. This course provides opportunities through #internships and #jobplacements. I would like to thank APMAS Bihar, Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals (ISAP) Jharkhand, Primary Healthcare Centre Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, Navchetna Agro Centre Producer Company Limited, and Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) for the opportunities they have given me. I also thank the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, RD & GR, Govt. of India for giving me the opportunity to work for rural people through the "Swacch Bharat Summer Internship 2018". However, one bitter truth is that job opportunities in this specialization are decreasing day by day, and most organizations look for experienced candidates. How is this possible if we do not provide opportunities to freshers? How will they gain experience and the qualities to work in rural areas and with villagers?

Hello Connections, I am glad to know you I have been completed My 2 years of college out of 3 years in BBA from BN University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. In these two years I face so many Ups n downs, From countless assignments and late-night study sessions to so many fake friendships and boring lectures, each moment has contributed to my personal and academic development. From this I learn, understand, experience so many important thing which we never learned in our school life. Some of this thing are:- ~ Never trust a person which you meet in college, because most of them are fake no matter whether that is boy or girl ~ Being Financial💲 Independent is very necessary to enjoy actual college life, but unfortunately I found most of the fake friends so it's not much interesting for me ~ Never stay in hostel, PG and rooms just to attend college lectures ~ In our starting of 1st year in college our teacher encourage us and try create a Excellence image of there universityin our mind, but after passing of time we know the actual reality(Mostly in private university🏢) ~ If you are in UG It's better to learn something new, like online skill development courses and internship, as I also Lear Graphic Design💻 course in these 2 years of College ~ Never over excited in starting of college by inspired from bollywood movies because reality is totally different ~ It's not worth it to attend college for just internal marks and attendence, sometimes it's waste of time money.😶 It's sounds like My college life is not going well, yes you assumed right, but now just 1 year to go😮💨 In Conclusion:- Never Expected too much in this college because it's first step of our professional life just believe in yourself and nothing else #collegesanduniversities #collegelife #collegestudent #growth #personalexperience #learningexperience

One can only but marvel at the infrastructure on campus... the Management Building with SIBM holding pride of place .... But more than the infrastructure, what is even more amazing is the sheer energy in the entity that is SIBM Nagpur... what a week it has been!! From lectures to surprise tests to Placements with companies coming physically on campus and students getting selected, to guest lectures, student events and activities going on simultaneously.... one can truly say that like a well known bank, SIBM Nagpur never sleeps !! Even today, on a Sunday, we have one of the Big 4 recruitment first round of tests happening today! We didn't even realize, where more than 2 months have gone by, since we started this academic year!! And what is of particular pleasure to us is how the first year students in all committees and clubs, particularly Placements, have shaped up in these two months!
