Admit Weekend 2024 - Request for Disability-Related Accommodations
Admit Weekend 2024 will occur on April 25-27, 2024 and all activities will be in-person. Stanford University is committed to ensuring its facilities, programs and services are accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. 

For All Guests: If you or your family members/guests need a disability-related accommodation or wheelchair access information to participate in any Admit Weekend activity, please complete this form. Please complete a new form for each person seeking accommodations. 

For Admits Who Request a Room Host (RoHo): Please note that admitted students (ProFros) will be residing in undergraduate dorms with room hosts (RoHos) during Admit Weekend. Typically, ProFros will bring their own sleeping bags and be sleeping on the floor. Modifications to this arrangement due to a disability can be requested via this form. 

Deadline: To request accommodations for any Admit Weekend activities, please complete the following form no later than April 14, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific.
