8:00-8:10 - Breakfast & Conversation Starters

8:10-8:15 - Shout Outs (sharing why we are proud of someone)

8:15-8:25 - Small/Large Group Discussion About the Month's Character Trait

8:25-8:45 - A Hands On Activity That Ties In With The Character Trait
