Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept earrings returns. However, please get in touch with us if there is any issue with your order.
Items must be returned in perfect condition with the hygiene seal intact and show no evident signs of being worn, or we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
Items should be returned in their original packaging or similar. The customer's responsible for providing adequate packaging to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition or no refund will be issued if the items arrive damaged.
