Applicants with children sometimes don't have the best image on the job market. But why? I think it's an additional qualification to be a parent ; Patience. Time management. Multitasking. Pragmatic. Prioritise Compartmentalise. These are all skills that people learn primarily in their role as parents. So why not use them to your advantage on the job?
