I am trying to submit a request via the app. I even tried all the possible chanels to contact- WhatsApp email and customer care. All the contacts lead to one way to raise the request. However it requires OTP verification and even when I copy paste the OTP it shows as mismatch. Due to this I am unable to submit anything at all. There should be an alternate to reach you guys or fix the bug in the app of mismatch OTP.

Useless app. The steps are not updated properly. Taking longer time to open when specifically the fitness option is selected. We see different names coming up in the app against my profile sometime. In short app is not meeting an end user satisfaction Reports are not working at all. Even after contacting they have not improved. Simply useless

Very erratic app! Initially when me and my wife started using the app it came up with different names instead of ours! We are senior citizens and keep struggling to use the Fitness Tracker. Haven't tried to use the other features, but from what I have read in other reviews, sounds very poor! N The server is very slow. The Steps and the Healthy Days suddenly appear half cut out! The number of healthy days are much lower. Your App developers look amateurs and unprofessional!
