We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce projects.

- As the Project Manager, you will manage projects for our Enterprise users by providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, developing designs, and implementing cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce and the Force.com platform
-Plan, execute, and close operations and technology projects according to agreed-upon deadlines, budgets, and scope
-Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones
-Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
-Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
-Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders
-Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
-Ensure project quality through adherence to established processes and standards
-Continuously evaluate project progress and make recommendations for improvements
-Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related artifacts
-Manage project-related resources, including equipment, software, and staff
- Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions
- Ability to work closely with management to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality. Develop reports and dashboards, resolve/troubleshoot function & feature issues that arise.
- Experienced Salesforce Org Administration/Development and serving as subject matter expert of Salesforce. Support various internal clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives
Qualifications
-Experience in Salesforce administration and management
-Experience in project management, business administration, or a related field
-Experience in project management, preferably in the software development industry
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience managing cross-functional teams
-Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
-Proven ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
-Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Compensation- $74K- $110K
