  • Reservation Policy: All reservations made through our platform are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. All full night's stay will be charged for each individual booking submitted.
  • Extended Night Requests: If you wish to extend your stay beyond the original booking, please contact the hotel reception directly to inquire about availability for additional nights.
  • Check-In and Check-Out Policy: Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. Check-in time is 3pm (SG Time) GMT+8, and check-out time is 11am (SG Time) GMT+8.
  • Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 9% prevailing government taxes.
