Reaching out to Veronika to see if there was still a noticable issue. The galvanized pipes have a ton of calcium build up so they will clog and need snaked. The only way to actually fix this is to have it hydrojetted to remove the build up but it's well over $1000. We almost need a disclaimer to be gentle on the plumbing.... I will reach out to Airbnb to see how it can be worded and if it's okay to just put in the check in instructions. 11/22 (KM)

All Aloha is waiting for Geryn to come back on shift tomorrow to schedule and provide another quote for replacing the valve. 4112 ended up needing the valve replaced rather than the cartridge so we are preparing for that cost. In the meantime, contacting Allens plumbing and another outfit to see if we can receive a quote without them coming to the unit (avoiding service calls) 12/18


The issue is not just the shower head. It's the cartridge that needs to be replaced. They will need to go through the wall to replace the cartridge.

-Spoke to Justine, the plumbing contractor today 01/10/24 ,regarding the Leak under the sink issue on unit P304 ,he said that he was already on the property at 35 Walaka Street Building , but confused about the where was the exact unit P304, informed Kelli so she can call someone to assist him there.

- The water needs shut off and the valve is not in the unit. Reschuling and taking the day to figure out where the valve is.

-Spoke with Sue 1/9/24 and she said that she will come tomorrow Wednesday 01/10/24 around 10am-1 and provide her this door code: 7236 , he also mentioned that she will be sending the invoice to our email, I also checked the calendar if the unit wasn't occupied yet for Sue to come in.
