Lou Agosta

About the author

Lou is the author of three best selling, academic books on empathy. Lou has devoted over 10,000 hours training and delivering empathy services to individuals and organizations, expanding empathy in the community based on his work. Lou is an assistant professor of medical education, teaching classes in psychotherapy interventions for medical doctors - that is, empathy lessons, at Ross University Medical School at Saint Anthony Hospital in Chicago. Lou has presented to community groups, individuals, and corporations about how to expand their empathy, reducing conflict, enhancing teamwork, and promoting innovation and productivity. Lou's PhD was a dissertation entitled Empathy and Interpretation from the philosophy department of the University of Chicago.
