This Privacy Policy describes how Pavel Audzevich ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use the Caffy mobile application ("Caffy" or the "App").

By using Caffy, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect
We designed Caffy to collect as little information as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

a) Subscription and purchase data
If you purchase a subscription or make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to validate purchases, manage subscription status, and restore purchases across your devices. RevenueCat may process:

An anonymous user identifier generated by the App
Your subscription status and purchase history
Device information (device model, operating system version, country, language)
App version and transaction identifiers provided by Apple
RevenueCat does not receive your Apple ID, payment card details, or real name. Payment information is handled exclusively by Apple.

b) Diagnostic and crash data
If you have enabled "Share With App Developers" in your iOS settings, Apple may share anonymized crash reports and performance data with us through App Store Connect. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above only to:

Verify and restore your subscription or purchases
Diagnose crashes and improve the stability of the App
Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve features
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing
We share information only with:

Apple, as required to process purchases through the App Store
RevenueCat, solely to manage subscriptions and purchases as described above
We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

4. Data Retention
Purchase and subscription records are retained by RevenueCat and Apple for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with their legal and accounting obligations. Crash and diagnostic data collected through Apple is retained according to Apple's policies.

5. Children's Privacy
Caffy is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email below. Because we do not maintain user accounts, you may need to provide your anonymous RevenueCat identifier (available in the App) so we can locate your records.

7. International Data Transfers
We are based in Poland. Our service providers (Apple, RevenueCat) may process data in the United States and other countries. These transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable.

8. Security
We rely on industry-standard safeguards provided by Apple and RevenueCat to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or at the contact address below.

10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the applicable regulations of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
