Yes! Please bring either a yoga mat or a blanket.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes to stretch in. This meeting will be less formal than our normal membership meeting.

About this event

This meeting will be lead by Nikki Matthews, Business Development - Fleming West.

This engaging class focuses on:

  • Simple, effective exercises
  • Calming breathwork
  • Gentle stretches

You'll leave with practical techniques to reduce stress, release tension, and improve overall well-being—no experience required. Whether you're looking to recharge, boost your energy, or simply feel good, this session is the perfect way to start the year strong and prioritize your health.

Nikki is a graduate of the Himalayan Institute / Yoga International yoga teaching tradition. She is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. In addition to yoga, Nikki has an extensive Pilates background and has taught fitness for over 30 years with the understanding that all modalities will serve the whole. Nikki has taught hot yoga to traditional hatha yoga, ashtanga and yoga for trauma and rehabilitation to mindfulness and trauma release. Through the principles of meditation, sound healing, systematic guided relaxation, and Yoga Nidra she has impacted her own life and has helped to balance and cultivate the inner self, bringing a calm approach to everyday stresses in life, with a concentration in corporate culture.
