Production and Mechanical Design Engineer with cross-functional expertise in 3D modeling and

simulation, skilled in Product and Process Design, Production Planning, Manufacturing processes, Design

for Manufacturing, Finite Element Analysis, Biomedical devices design, Biomaterial Engineering,

Robotics Design, and Control, with academic work experience as a Lecturer at Faculty of Engineering,

Mansoura University since 2009 till now. I got master’s degree in mechanical design of mechatronics

systems (Flying Robots) and then I got my Ph.D. at Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering Specialization

(Industrial Robots) from Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology. I am working in many fields

and relate them to the main field of mechanical design and mechatronics engineering such as renewable

energy, artificial organs, solar and wind energy systems, prosthetics engineering, finite element analysis

of medical and dental devices.

Interconnected Translational Manipulators. The model was created

using CATIA© and SolidWorks© software. The simulation and

Control were created using MSC ADAMS© with co-simulation with

MATLAB©/Simulink.

✓ Awards: Achieving the first position in the Innovation competition

organized by the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology

in the Robotics field and getting a financial prize of 30000 LE.

✓ Sponsors: Getting a fund to manufacture a prototype of the novel

manipulator presented from AGRO Food Industries & Egypt-Japan

University of Science and Technology, the financial support reached

330000 LE.

✓ Patent: Successfully filed a patent at the Egyptian patent office

entitled as,” Novel 3D Interconnected Manipulator with Solely

Rotary Joints and Actuators”, Egypt Patent No. 848/2018, filed on

21-05, 2018.

for Innovation held in Cairo (8-9 November 2018).

✓ Thesis Title: Biologically Inspired Design and Control of Small

Flapping Wing Air Vehicles.

✓ Brief Summary: Design and Control a small flapping air vehicle

using CATIA© and MSC ADAMS© tools with co-simulation with

MATLAB/Simulink to control the flight of the flapping vehicle. The

results show a great performance in flight and achieving the trim

condition using a launching force.

Machine. The model was created using CATIA and SolidWorks

tools. The co-simulation and control were carried out using MACH3

software. The results and the prototype showed a great performance

in engraving in wood workpieces and soft materials.

✓ Awards: Getting on a financial prize (5000LE) from Egyptian Union

Industries (Giza Systems Company) and choice as the best

mechanical project from 14 Egyptian universities in 2008.
