"Regulations for (mobile) games in Vietnam that foreign companies/developers should keep in mind" Since March 2019, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations, the government has partnered with Google Play, App Store and Facebook to ban all games that are not licensed locally. According to Vietnamese law, video games in which multiple people interact simultaneously through game servers must obtain a license to provide game services, and their content must be approved before they can be published and operated in Vietnam. As a result of this regulation, Finnish mobile gaming company Supercell announced that it had stopped all games in Vietnam due to "local regulatory issues." Supercell is the developer of popular games such as Clash of Clans, Cartoon Farm, and Clash Royale In order to tackle this problem, Funtap, one of the top two game publishing companies in Vietnam, has established a service to help foreign companies obtain a license as soon as possible. Thus, your game will be safe and your business can run smoothly in the Vietnamese market. We want to work with you through co-publishing model. Any discussions or questions about our potential cooperation are welcome. So far, we have been in collaboration with partners, such as: NetEase, Perfect World, 37 Interactive Entertainment, Com2uS, Naxon, ByteDance, etc... We hope to have the opportunity to work with you.
