Last episode we talked about affordable housing and this week we do the same, but with a different asset. Daniel Blanchard of Southern Impressions builds multifamily and built to rent properties for investors and owner occupied properties. 

While government oversight is nothing new to Blanchard, he shines a spotlight on Duval and the ways in which it is easier to develop here than other counties in our state. With an average stay of 7.6 months, a recommendation rate of 83%, and increased economic mobility of members, it’s hard to find fault with this novel approach to addressing the issue of affordable housing in Jacksonville.
