I contacted Ashley and her group because of their great reputation. Ashley answered my questions about sales trends in my neighborhood. She listed my property, at Lake Anna, the day before Thanksgiving. Imagine my surprise 5 days later we had 6 full price offers. That very evening Ashley called back saying we had a top offer &16000 over list price. Ashley communicates throughout the process and geta results.

I worked with Grayson over a three month period to acquire the perfect place for our family on the lake at Lake Anna. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a local realtor that has developed trusted relationships with the network of people needed to succesfully complete a transaction (boat inspectors, mortgage brokers, contractors, short-term rental operators, septic, etc.). As a vacation house in a new location, it was really important to quickly connect with people we could trust to help us navigate unique challenges associated with having a house 90 minutes from our primary home. Grayson was invaulable in the process. I truly believe that without his support, we likely would have made sub-optimal choices. He was also very helpful in supporting us through a complex purchase which included many non-real estate components (two boats, jet skis, furniture etc). His suggestions and approach to managing those conversations was really helpful. I don’t know if we could have done it without him! This is the third real estate transaction we have had with the Ashley Hoffman Group. They represented a seller in our first transaction, then represented us in an investment property purchase, and finally on the sale of our second home. Grayson and his staff are always calm and composed and find a way to make even the most stressful situations manageable. They are fierce advocates for their clients, both in terms of setting expectations and shielding them from a lot of the "fun stuff" that can pop up in real estate transactions. They go above and beyond to make it as easy for their clients as possible. They are highly responsive (weekends, nights, holidays - I am not sure they ever sleep) and strategic in their approaches. Ashley sold our home quick and for more than asking - we were on the market for 4 days before receiving multiple offers. Mind you we went on the market on a Wednesday!!! The closing process was absolutely seamless. Will most certainly be using the Ashley Hoffman group in the future!!

My husband and I found Grayson Hoffman online because of his informative videos about waterfront properties and investment properties on the Lake. Grayson knows EVERYTHING about Lake Anna and as a personal investor at Lake Anna himself, he is truly a subject matter expert in guiding his clients to the perfect home! We knew almost nothing about Lake Anna going into the buying process and having him by our side to bounce ideas and questions off of was invaluable in landing in a great part of the lake. The big differentiator between Grayson and other Lake Anna agents is that he has a background in litigation/law and is able to use that to his client’s advantage in crafting extremely strong offers and follow-up negotiations in competitive market conditions; he also is excellent at building client relationships as well as respectful relationships with those he is negotiating with, finessing the fine details to close for his clients! Would highly recommend Grayson Hoffman and the Ashley Hoffman agency and will definitely use them in the future should we choose to buy again!

Grayson made our dream of living on Lake Anna a reality. We recently enlisted Ashley to sell our house on Lake Anna. To say we were extremely happy would be an understatement. She well exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to create the best experience for us. We had to have some work done prior to selling and she took care of working with contractors in the area to do the work. Once she listed the property we had showings scheduled within about 4 hours of hitting the market. She is extremely knowledgeable with the Lake Anna market which lead to us selling our house for $30K more than we were asking. If you are in the market to either buy or sell in the Lake Anna area Ashley is the one you want representing you- she is the best realtor for that market. An easy decision in my opinion!
