Service Description
Join us for a mindful morning of flower making and sauna bathing! Kris from Floverly will be hosting flower making workshops at Sawna Bach! She will have foraged all the foliage you need. It will be a very special event, combining two very different mindfulness activities! The group will be divided, so you’ll have time to bathe in the sauna and to create your own spring decorations. 9th March: We will make an asymmetrical wreath 24th March: We will make table decorations £45 per person (all materials for making the flower arrangements and instructions included), limited spaces available. What to bring: If you have garden scissors (secateurs), bring them along Mug for a tea Sauna bathing stuff Warm cosy clothes The event is weather dependent. We will make a call latest 2 days before the event if it needs to be cancelled due to weather. Here is the preliminary schedule: 45mins arranging the flowers 40mins sauna // 40mins bouquet making (group is split in two) 30-45mins finish wreaths with tea and refreshments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your sauna session: If you need to cancel your session with more than 48h notice, we will refund you the session minus a handling fee of £1 for communal sessions (per spot) and £2 for private sessions. If you want to avoid the handling fee, you can opt to receive a voucher instead or to reschedule your session. If you cancel with less than 48h notice, we regret that you will not be refunded. Rescheduling your sauna session: If you need to reschedule your session with more than 48h notice, we will do this for you at no extra cost. If you want to reschedule for the same week with less than 48h notice, we will try to accommodate this at no extra cost subject to availability. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please email us via contact@saunawales.co.uk with your booking details (Full name, e-mail address, date/time booked) and your preferred option for refund, credit or rescheduling.
