The Department of Strategy, Globalization and Society (SGS) provides a stimulating, collegial, and interdisciplinary research environment. Your responsibilities

As a PhD student, you must be accepted and enrolled in the Doctoral School in Management at HEC Lausanne within your first year of contract. As such, at least 50% of your time will be dedicated to completion of the doctoral studies and thesis.
Your qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following skills and interests:

A Master’s degree in Economics, Management or related disciplines (prior to the position’s starting date)

Fluency in English

An interest in topics such as the governance of interfirm collaborations, employment relationships, the political and institutional environment of business, and organization design

An interest in learning and working with quantitative methods, including game-theoretic modeling; econometric analysis; laboratory and field experiments
