DREAMED SPACES

In this stegreif, you will explore and visualize a space beyond the ordinary - creating a representation of a space you have dreamed of.

What spatial and physical factors defined your experience, and on what time and scale? Were these factors familiar, composed of multiple fragments, or completely unknown locations?

How would these experiences be incorporated into a design plan? How can we transform the fleeting aspects of a dream, or an image that's barely or even vividly remembered, from intangible qualities into tangible spatial elements?

Choose a dream or part of a dream that can be discussed without revealing too much personal information and provides enough spatial capacities for exploration.

Which previously asked parameters are necessary to understand the inherent logical rules?

TASK

Create a highly detailed drawing that depicts the stage design of your surroundings, including all important and narrative elements. Layout structure should be a hybrid drawing in square format. (min. 4000x4000 pixels, .pdf + .psd)

You can use various techniques to specify and detail space elements, such as light, movement, and texture.

Avoid duplicating well-known imagery related to these topics. Instead, present your unique interpretations. You may use image generators, but only to create individual components in your designs.

SUBMISSION

Your submission should also include a textual description of at least 300 words, where you objectively describe the space you've designed.
