This presentation aims to explore the innovative intersection of artificial intelligence and the art of crafting compelling narratives. In our ever-evolving digital landscape, we find ourselves amidst a revolution sparked by the capabilities of generative AI. As language enthusiasts, we understand the inherent power of words to evoke emotions, paint vivid imagery, and ignite the imagination. Yet, with the advent of generative AI, we are presented with a fascinating opportunity – the chance to collaborate with machines to augment our creative endeavors. The participants will be provided with practical examples to use in the classroom to encourage students’ participation in 2024 Creative Writing Competition “Getting to the Heart”.
Moreover, there will be a follow-up session with reflections on the contest key themes and practical suggestions and resources.
