Fellows’ Program on Health Politics and Diplomacy

Nomination for the Fellows’ Program on Health Politics and Diplomacy (April – August 2024, with onsite masterclass in June 2024).

The overall objective of the pilot program is to contribute to an expanded cadre of professionals from the public and private sectors able to effectively navigate the political landscape of importance to improving health outcomes.

The program will enrol 24 mid-level professionals with working experience from all regions across the world including low- and middle-income countries. We are aiming for a mix of participants working for governments, private sector and civil society with

  • 5-10 years of experience having worked in the regional/global political environment
  • Proven interest and commitment to global/regional health improvements
  • Knowledge about the international system of relevance to health
  • Background in professional work at national or local level in health or another relevant sector
  • Motivation for how this program will contribute to continued career
  • Time commitment
