The LGBTIQA+ Peer Navigator / Community Worker will draw on lived experience and community networks to provide specialist information, support, referral, connection and advocacy for LGBTIQA+ Tasmanians, their friends and family across northern Tasmania.

As a Peer Navigator you will also act in a community liaison role, fostering networks across Working It Out, the Department of Health and LGBTIQA+ communities state-wide and develop, maintain, and promote a virtual register of LGBTIQA+ inclusive mental healthcare providers and care pathways in Tasmania.
