The Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) is an affiliated college of the University of Dar es Salaam, founded in 2005.The College of Education at Dar es Salaam University aims to provide combined education, research, and public service, as stated in its Charter and Regulations of 2010.
We are looking for skilled Tanzanians to fill a short-term employment at Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) in Chang’ombe, Temeke District. The chosen applicant will be offered a one-year renewable contract for the following vacant post:
Position: Artisan II Public Addressing System
Qualifications: Applicants must have a form IV certificate and a Trade Test Grade II in Electronics or comparable fields from accredited institutions.

Duties and responsibilities
- Under supervision, perform routine tasks requiring higher technical skills;
- Maintain workplace cleanliness;
- Collect and care for working tools;
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance;
- Report maintenance issues to senior staff;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Salary Scale: PGSS 2.
Note:
- Candidate must be a Tanzanian citizen.
