As professionals, you perform functions that add value to the lives of others. It is essential to prioritize your well-being and practice self-care so you can be of service to others. Burnout is a common issue that continues to interfere with us being the best version of ourselves. It can lead to physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion. Take time to put yourself first and learn tools to manage and prevent burnout from taking over your life.
Workshop Descriptions

Movement Session I

Outdoor Labyrinth walk promoting mindfulness and self-reflection.

Movement Session II

Move your body through a combination of Hatha yoga and Qijong practices.

Managing Burnout

Reflect on your core values and use them as your north star when navigating through stressful times.

Sound Healing

Immerse yourself and experience the powerful vibrations of sound healing.

 

Why should I attend?

Workshops will provide you with practical tools to help you manage stress and prevent burnout. Our experienced instructors will guide you through various activities including movement sessions, tips on managing burnout and experiencing the benefits of sound healing.
