It's all about understanding your customers. Sounds obvious, but it's often overlooked. Let's say you sell SUV cars. 7-seater, ones for big families.ย  Your buyers are moms with kids. How do you sell to them? If you focus onย  - how the car looks,ย  - how fast it can run,ย  - the technology it offers, You probably lose your customers. To sell, you have to know what matters to them.ย  Moms drive their kids to places, and they love their kids. Their childen' safety is the most important priority.
