SYDNEY, Aus. — A teen in Australia watched her car drive into a river as she made a quick exit due to a big spider.

The 18-year-old just pulled up to the Bayview Boat Ramp when a Huntsman spider fell from a visor onto her lap according to 9News.

The spider can be as big as the palm of your hand and do emit venom.

As she bolted from the car, the driver only partially engaged the brake.

The car slowly drove into the water and sank.
