2024 Spring R&R Retreat Questionnaire 
Filling this questionnaire is an application to attend the Rappers and Rabbi's Spring Retreat.  
The location will be a lakefront property with two houses in the Pocono Mountains of PA. 
Final confirmation will be sent out third week of March 2024.
