Justin Richardson is the Founder (and Coach) of STR Class Simplified. He holds well over eight (8) years of experience in the property management and short-term rental industries.
Justin began his journey as a Leasing Agent and worked up the ranks to being promoted to management. During his tenure, he has been recognized by several sources including MultiHousingNews.com (2018) as one of the top leasing agents in the country.
Since then, Justin has been able to apply his knowledge and experience in the workforce to establish his own property management company, C&C Property Solutions. In addition to his success in the short-term rental sector, Justin and his wife Keshia, developed and scaled their own turn-key cleaning company. Quick Clean ATL maintains a 5-star rating on Google.
By applying the rental arbitrage business model that he learned and developed in the property management industry, Justin has been able to scale his short-term rental portfolio to six-figures. He has over fifteen (15) units throughout Atlanta and Texas with plans of rapid expansion in the years to come.
