Missing People 2023

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of our brother Tony's missing.

We have decided to mark a pledge for his 10th year of Missing by attempting to run/walk aka Jeff the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 8th October to represent our missing loved ones.

The Royal Parks Half Marathon is 13.1 miles, we will be wandering through some glorious parks in London, something Tony was fond of. Tony was born and raised in Leamington Spa. He loved some of the stunning parks and lakes, such as Jephson Gardens, Victoria Park, and Draycote Water, where he would often relax and watch the world go by.....

This is why we have chosen this marathon to mark his 10th Anniversary.

A bit about our TONY

Tony is a friendly, supportive guy. He is a creative thinker and has a great sense of humour. He enjoys keeping physically fit and going out for long nature walks.

A bit about our supporting charity: MISSING PEOPLE

Missing People are an incredible professional charity who have offered us continued support since Tony's missing. They actively have a telephone support service and are able to support the person missing as well as their families and friends. This is a charity we shall continue to support as it is very close to our hearts.

In the time it takes you to read this, another person in the UK will reach a point of crisis. People are facing mental health, exploitation, debt & food poverty. Right now, no one is immune to these problems. Some people can’t see any escape. They go missing. They face harm. Thankfully, in that moment of crisis, there is hope. An exceptional team at Missing People is available. Without judgment. Reaching hundreds of missing people every week. Helping them to stay safe. Giving care and understanding to people on the brink of despair and suicide.
