A non refundable entrance fee will be required when registration is sent out to secure your childs spot on a team. Additional funds will be collected by team managers closer to the date of the festival/ tournament. Monies collected help cover coaches and umpires expenses. Any extra monies leftover will be distributed evenly back to the players.
Each athlete is responsible for the costs associated with travel & accommodations.
Traveling teams can not happen without the help of volunteers! Please consider helping a team take part in one or more of the festivals and/or tournaments listed above.
