I’m enjoying looking after homes and pets for those who cannot enjoy these things all of the time due to travel and other commitments. It is a privilege to have the opportunity of meeting new people.
Having been a traveller myself, and enjoying many wonderful places our world has to offer I appreciate the importance of knowing that your house and pets are safe while you are away.
My problem solving and resourceful skills enhance my ability to meet any unforeseen challenges that may occur in your absence.

Security of Your Property
I will watch over your home to ensure it remains occupied while you are away.
I will regularly switch different lights on to give the appearance that homeowners are present throughout the house.
I will never invite anyone into your home without your prior permission.
I will keep the house locked at all times if I need to go out for shopping.
Basic Duties
I’ll take care of pets and send regular updates to your mobile or email with pictures.
I will need emergency information regarding vets and what action you wish me to take in emergencies.
I will perform light cleaning.
I will maintain plants that you point out.
Sleeping
I will bring and use my own bedding(sheets that I can place on top of another bed).
Laundry
I request use of your washing machine and dryer(mainly during bad weather)
I bring my own laundry liquid
Peculiarities
I'm actually living on the Sunshine Coast with my elderly parents. Mother 87 and father 90. I'm helping them to a certain degree but find its good for me to also have time away from them. Its just that I need to be relatively close so mainly house sits around the SUnshine Coast as I also coach golf in Warana daily except Wed and Sunday.
I’ve put this here because from house to house there can be different unforeseen things that are better known before you leave the property. Maybe every 2 weeks a person comes by to groom your dog. In the request tab at the top of the page you'll find a short questionaire to get more information so as to help both of us.
I would like to get any and all information about what you want me to do with your mail. I can easily take photos of the outside of the mail when it arrives and send it to you so you are aware of what is arriving.
Kitchen
I have all my own items sorted in containers which makes easy to move around
I will request usage of fridge(1-2 shelves), oven, stove, bbq if you have one, and cutlery.
I especially appreciate filtered water if you have it.
Food. I will bring and or get my own food.
I'll need a small space 1/2 of one drawer made available in a freezer? I will only need a few items to be placed in the freezer.
Pets/Animals
I have owned and looked after many animals. Some of them include:
Owned: 3 x Dachshunds, Cat, 2 x Koalas, Sugar Glider, 2x Kangaroo, Gold Fish, Tropical Fish, Budgies, Canary & Chickens.
I've looked after: Horses, dogs & cats.
I peronally love animals and find they like me. I respect animals of any size.
I would appreciate as much time you can give me as possible as the owner to tell me everything about your pets including what information you want me to know about veterinarian's etc. I require detailed written information so I can always go back to it to clarify things.
